DIVERS ETICA Association (DiversEtica) was established in Bucharest in  2007 by a group of young people united in a spirit of diversity and  responsibility required of those who are promoting it.

The Association aims to identify the limits imposed by the system or society, analyze them and find viable solutions in order to establish consistent right to equality.  

Any restriction of fundamental freedoms is in our attention. 

DiversEtica's main goals are:

• creating educational alternatives to activate the personal resources so that the self-esteem would be increased and a successful integration in professional activity achieved
• informing and training for non-discrimination, social responsibility, ethics and aesthetics of diversity;
• developing social analysis;
• organizing public debates to sensitize society regarding diversity;
• cultivating and promoting the diversity of traditions, supporting creativity and innovative thinking in all cultural areas;
• encouraging interfaith dialogue and religious diversity as well as freedom of choice to atheism or agnosticism;
• developing diversity management skills for formal and informal leaders in any field
